Our staff is highly trained to fulfill any specific requirement of our customer airlines, especially if it is:
- Monitoring and corrective action of airline’s SLA with handling agents;
- Liaison between carrier and all airport departments, local vendors;
- Participation in Users' Committees
- Substitution of own airline’s station manager during leave
- Complete follow up during irregularities with supplier, and full post-flight reporting
- Completion of any post-flight duties required by airline.
