INTERAVIA was founded in 2005 on the basis of Passenger Handling Service. It was created by Ukraine International Airlines and Boryspil International Airport.
Our story has begun with one airport and air carrier but today we work in the main international airports of the country: Boryspil, Kyiv (Zhuliany), Kharkiv and Kherson. INTERAVIA considered to be the largest and the most modern handling company in Ukraine.
Our clients are national and international air companies that use the air space of Ukraine. In other words, over 40 companies of the world that trust us the service of their passengers and aircraft.
Over 1,500 our employees work all over Ukraine daily and 24/7 to provide continuous and quality service of air companies-clients.
Our poll of special ground equipments includes over 500 vehicles, which maintained by our own service and technical center.
Daily we process 12,000 of bags and suitcases; monthly we export and import 150,000 kg of cargo; annually we provide service for 40,000 flights and over 1 million passengers.
We work with all types of the aircraft, including small regional planes, standard vessels of low-cost carriers and large long-haul airliners.
Our company provides a wide range of services, which includes: full range of passenger handling; all areas of ground handling, provision of representation service of air companies-clients; complex servicing of flights of business-aviation and other.
Since 1996, we provide constant training of each of our employees. The training courses are based on our own Training center. Its training programs certified by State Aviation Administration.
The center is authorized to hold training for ground handling as well as aviation security. The Training center passed IATA audit repeatedly and it corresponds to ISAGO standards. Moreover, or center obtained the certificates of such training centers as ICAO, British Airways, Lufthansa, Air Baltic, Training for Business and other.
INTERAVIA passed the audits and got ISO 9001 and ISAGO certificates.
ISO 9001 is the international standard for a quality management system. It is based on seven fundamental principles: customer focus, leadership, engagement of people, process approach, improvement, evidence-based decision making, relationship management.
ISAGO (IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations) is the program of assessing of ground handling companies. It is based on the service standards recognized all over the world. The program includes such principles as: organization and management; control of loading; handling of passengers and baggage; handling and loading of aircraft, its movement on the ground, procession of the cargo and mail.
